This lot is a: Wilson Tool 24 Hole 'E' Station (4-1/2") Progressive Stiffening Rib Tool that is in 'like new' condition. It appears to have been used in a very limited way and shows virtually NO WEAR.
* .25" Punch Width x .08" Height
* .29" Die Groove Width (fully traverses die face end to end)
* Die land is relieved at 0 and 180 degrees for workclamps
* Tool Style = Amada (A.K.A. 'long' or 'thick')
* Punch Retainer Thread = M-12
* TOOL CONDITION: Needs Sharpening - good - very good - like new - new
* Station Mis-Alignment (radially or co-axially)
* Punching material too thick
* Punching material too hard
* Excessive or Insufficient Die Penetration
* Failure to strip (turn your sensor on!)
