The machine comes with a used 10 ft, 13 series HTP welding gun, which has been rebuild and works fine, 9 ft ground cable, 5 ft gas hose, and 8 ft input power cord. It will handle standard 8†diameter spools of wire. It weighs 63 lbs, has a duty cycle of 20% @ 130 amps, features 5 heat settings and an infinite wire feed adjustment.
The machine features a main relay so the wire is not hot until you pull the trigger, and a gas solenoid valve to start and stop the flow of gas. The welding gun is removed without any tools, and the contact tips are interchangeable with many other brands of welders.
It feeds .030†wire fine, but we found that the wire feed rate was not fast enough if you ran .023†wire on the higher heat settings.
