Pyrometer calibrator
This calibrator made by Instrument Development Labs, uses a tungsten strip lamp and a variable transformer filiment control along with an additional vernier control to adjust the glow of the lamp which is viewed through a 1.75" aperture port on the side of the case. A magnifier is positioned in front of the lamp to enlarge the filiment. A transformer produces 6.3 V, 30 amp for the lamp. The Cat # of this unit is CL-2.
The lamp operates as does the fan. Included is a temperature vs emissivity calculator.
