I spoke with the shop instructor about this item. He said that it was used very little and has not been used at all for the last few years. He also told me that it was in like-new working order when last used. I can neither confirm not dispell that. The drive screws on the stages do look pretty rusty so I would certainly suggest cleaning them before running the machine.
I have attempted to describe this item as well as possible but I know very little about these machines. Please ask about anything I have not mentioned and I'll do my best to answer your questions.
