The long term stability of the reference voltage source is typically 10 ppm, with a 1 year basic DC voltage accuracy specification of 0.01%. DC resolution is 1 µV. Input resistance is greater than or equal to 1000 Mohms on 200 mV, 2 V and 20 V ranges, 10 mohms on the 200 V and 1200 V ranges.
