Instruction book with complete set of technical drawings is included. Machine was $190,000 new. We have some spare parts, including spare computer and mix head parts.
The machine has been mostly disassembled and must be moved before Feb 29. Make us an offer and come and get it! Some refurbishing and updating will make this machine worth it's new price again!
People who know this machine will know it's potential. We typically used six large fixtures in a semi-circle. With the proper setup, 800-1000 parts can be made in an 8 hour shift!
The main benefit of this machine is the Lance cylinders. They allow polyurethanes with fill materials such as fiberglass, which standard pump machines can't do. A big plus!
The machine was last used in December 2004 and was left in good working condition. Excess materials were drained and Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) was pumped through to prevent hardening. Of course, refurbishing will be necessary to yied full potential.
The purchaser is responsible for disassembly, packing, transport, and setup of machine.

The Battenfeld reaction casting machines of the SHK series are used for the production of polyurethane of very diverse properties. This reaction casting machine is fitted with optimised metering (plunger metering unit). The properties demanded from a techinically highly developed machine are fully met, such as

- circulatory mixing head with plunger cleaner
- accurate temperature control
