New fasteners-rotary action draw latch, set of 4 each
Rotary Action Draw Latch Fasteners- Unused surplus manufactured by Simmons Fastener Co. Simmons was purchased by Southco in 1988 and I'm am not aware of whether these fasteners predate 1988 or whether they were manufactured more recently by Southco under the Simmons name.
