"sterling" 75,000 btu gas unit heater - for garage/shop
This is a new heater that was purchased about 9 years ago from a wholesaler new in the box. My goal was to hang it in my garage. After moving a couple times and ending up in Houston, I don't have a need for this type of heater due to the more mild climate. It has basically been in storage the entire time, never out of the box or installed. All warranties should be in tact by registering the product after purchase- (I advise checking with the factory to be sure, if this is important).

This heater uses natural gas, but can be converted to propane using a separately purchased conversion kit from the factory. It operates the fan using 115v power. it has an intermittent pilot for cycling.
