Both are new never used. I opened the Schlage kit
of sake of the picture. The Kwikset box is taped, but never used.
The Schlage comes with a manual and a picture page on rekeying
the newer cylinders. Both kits have a follower bar, bottom pins,
springs, and everything you would need to re-key Schlage or
