The manual is in excellent near-new condition with no pencil/pen marks except on the cover spine. No folds/rips/tears of the pages. No dog-earing of the pages. No grease/dirt smudges/stains on the pages. No age discoloration, almost no cover wear, and no cover smudges/stains.
