NEW FUEL OIL BURNER NOZZLE for BOILERS / HEATERS of ALL KARCHER STEAM CLEANERS
This is a genuine fuel nozzle as originally factory fitted to all KARCHER HDS steam cleaners. It should normally be replaced at least once a year when servicing the boiler to ensure the clean combustion of fuel, lower emissions and optimum heat output.
A blocked, worn or fouled fuel nozzle will result in poor combustion, intermittent ignition, constant smoking and increased soot deposits in the boiler chamber. In many cases it is caused by contaminated fuel and if not rectified, this will lead to even poorer combustion and further soot build up. As a consequence, heat output will be markedly reduced and fumes may cause health and safety issues. Trying to clean an old nozzle is seldom 100% effective so save yourself a lot of time and frustration by simply fitting a new one and save £££'s on Karcher's List Price of nearly £25.00.
These nozzles are available in various sizes to suit different models (0.85, 1.00, 1.25, 1.35, 1.50, 2.25 GPH etc). Please therefore specify your KARCHER machine model number (HDS ???) so we can supply the correct size to match.
