This is a nicely made handheld multimeter. The unit is pocket sized (5 X 2.75 X 1 weight 6 oz.). See picture at left for description. In addition to the ranges given the meter will also measure the forward current transfer ratio (hfe) (current gain) of both NPN & PNP transistors. Inputs are overload protected by both a fuse and diodes. NEDA 1604 (9 Volt transistor radio battery). Battery life is about 200 hrs for alkaline battery.
