Brass hose quick connector coupler (heavy duty)
Here we have a large brass quick connector for two hoses or lines.
It is the ball type with a sleeve. Snapped together it measures 5" long. The OD of the pipe ends is just about 1".
The coupler was made by "The Hansen Co." in Cleveland. It has a few scratches and a little surface corrosion in a few spots.
Although it is of older manufacture, we're actually not certain if it was ever used or not. We're also don't know if it is intended for air or fluid (or perhaps both?). It connects and disconnects perfectly.
