The chirped RZ pulse generator is designed for applications with chirped return-to-zero (RZ) modulation. It is also designed for dispersionmanaged soliton data formatting. This product features an optical RZ pulse generator and phase modulator in a single unit. Currently available designs feature operation at 10.66, 11.5 and 12 Gb/s with other frequencies available upon request.
