It appears to have not been used, although it does have some surface scratches, we believe occured in storage.

Dimensions are 8'' long including shaft (6 1/4" to the mount), 5 1/2" high and 3 3/4" wide.
This is a heavy duty unit and weighs in at 18 lbs.
