Here we have a Good used 5/8" end mill tool holder.
It uses 1 set screw and it is missing.
I have had several of these in the past just like this one and I have used this same photo for all of my 50 taper tool holders of this type, it is the same type as the one in the photo but with a smaller hole.
Distance from the bottom of the flange to the end of the holder is 2-1/8" There is a tiny ding in the end of it but no burr, I checked it, and end mill slides in just fine.
If you need a specific size of anything just ask.
