These systems were pulled from an recently closed facility. They were operational before deinstallation. I do not know much about these systems they appear to be complete. The place we purchased it from was processing 6" and 8" wafers. These appear to handle both of those sizes. We purchased for a project but changed direction, so they are no longer needed. Whatever you need a picture of I will take it and email to you.
