The VIN brand of tools are made in Poland and of very decent quality overall. The locks are the only suspect item I see on these micrometers. They lock and release just fine, but the latch is made of plastic.
This item sells for right around $200 regularly. You can get it here for under $135 due to the 0-1" micrometer having the lock handle missing (see picture). The micrometer can still be locked at your desired measurement. This is a decent set at a very reasonable price.
