CENTROID's new DX1 single axis (AC Brushless) CNC controller and Rotary indexing head.
Designed for use with any make CNC/NC machine tool OR manual machine. This versatile, easy to program, single axis control box, powers our small but precise rotary indexer with AC (brushless) servo motor. The AC servo powered version is faster than our DC model, making it the top choice for production type applications. Centroid's Rotary Indexer package offers affordable automation for your machining center or knee mill. The DX1 controller is made in the USA and is based on proven reliable, user friendly, CENTROID CNC technology. The DX1 uses an all digital, single PC board, with fast DSP digital servo technology.
This CNC Indexer packages is for use on any CNC or Manual Machine Tool even a drill press.
High precision Rotary Indexer. Use 5C collets or you can install a chuck, face plate, or other threaded work piece. Your DX-1 controller will provide full time programmable positioning on command. Can be used in the spindle up (vertical) position or with the spindle horizontal. Accepts all sizes of 5C collets including the oversized and soft jaw types.
