Used..But still in pretty good shape..Its 12 volt...has 4 - 6 volt batteries that are dead as a door nail.But works well enough on the charger to move it around enough to get it on a lift gate or something...Also has a small oil leak,,but not too bad...Local pick up only in San Jose..
