This is a tapered shank, adjustable diameter, 8 bladed machine reamer. This is a Cleveland, high speed steel, made in USA. The tool looks used but overall in good condition. The blades are not very sharp and have minor dings in the edges (see photos). NO manuals or accessories are included if not shown. Photos show the actual item you will receive.
