This is a good Wavetek model 5100 frequency synthesizer with a frequency range of 0.001 Hz to 2 MHz, with 10 digits of resolution. It has two outputs, one of which may be attenuated from 1 to 85 db in 1 db steps. This unit includes a Certificate of Calibration from our NIST-traceable calibration lab at no extra charge.
