USED: Davis Standard 2" screw diameter single screw extruder, model DS-20. 30:1 L/D ratio. Electrically heated, air cooled, 4 zone non-vented barrel. Water cooled feed throat. Driven by a 20 hp, 500 volt, 1750 rpm DC motor thru gearbox. Unit includes 2 piece die clamp, remote start, stop and speed controls mounted at front of extruder and a control panel with eurotherm controls and a reliance drive. Unitized on a carbon steel base.
