Gauge has inch grads on one side and metric grads on the back side.
Inch side will measure a gap from .010 inches to .150 inches in .001 graduations.
Metric side will measure a gap from .3 mm upto 4mm in .05mm graduations.

This tool is in EXCELLENT shape.
