This is Our Tipping Wheel Set-Up for your PEXTO 622 Machine.
Includes Steel Tipping Wheel and Lower Uhmw Roller

What's a Tipping Wheel used for?
It's used to fold the edge of your panel over.
1). By using the Flat End on the UHMW Lower Wheel with the Steel Tipping Die initially you will create a 45 degree bend on the edge of your panel.
2). After the 45 is created Turn the UHMW lower over to the Grooved End and slowly increase your Lead Screws pressure and you will move the 45 degree bend to a 90 degree.
* Precision CNC Machined for Accuracy!
* UHMW Material changes all the time, You may not get this color.
* Drive Key Machined in the Steel Tipping Wheel.
* Groove depth makes getting to the 90 very simple.
* 1/32 radius on Tipping Wheel insures you won't dig into your panel.
* UHMW die locates perfectly on the Groove when oriented to that end.
* Lower UHMW wheel is free turning not driven, this makes steering much simpler.
* This setup will tip many different gage metals due to the relief in the Upper Steel Tipping Wheel.
