Winemaker Homebrewer Airlock Injection Mold Blow Mold
The first mold is a TWO CAVITY BLOW MOLD made at a cost of over $8000 new. It has only been sampled, and makes perfect parts. The mold was never put into production as evidenced by the fact that the water lines were never attached. This aluminum bronze mold is LIKE NEW and weighs 96# and measures 15-3/4" X 5" X 7" height.
The second mold in a SIX CAVITY, subgated, injection mold that makes five caps that fit on top of the airlock, the sixth cavity makes a cap that fits the end of a racking tube to keep racking tube off the bottom of the carboy and out of the sediment. This mold is made in a MUDD insert that fits a common MUDD frame #0809. This mold was only used to make samples and never put into production, it makes good parts.
