Cool,Clean,Fast,and Straight cuts.
I was able to hold .005 squareness on a piece of 2-1/2" Round Stock Steel Cutting a piece off about an 1/8" thick.
This machine has a 0-45 degree beveling vice
Plexiglass safety shield, chip collection chamber and a retractable blade guard!
We are a Morse Distributer.We use one of these ourselves.
4" 1/4 wall Tubing,4" x1/4 Angle, 2-1/2" solid Round stock, 3" Channel ,Aluminum,Wood All with the same blade.
We do not use the saw much in our business but I promise you'll like it.Very small amount of sparks.Very small burrs on the parts.Most parts we have cut you could reach right down and pick the cut edge up and it is hardly warm.Our blade has probably made 50 cuts through steel and it still cuts as fast and feels as sharp as the first cut.
