It started off innocently enough, when someone suggested the editors of the Magazines The Home Shop Machinist and Machinist's Workshop create a book of tips, based on items posted on their online message board.
The support was overwhelming, as other members enthusiastically stated their desire to see such a book.
Seeing this terrific response, the book was approved, and the process of gathering tips was ready to be undertaken.
The grand total is twenty-nine contributors from four different countries (America, Canada, Great Britain, and Scotland).
So here it is, The Home Shop Readers' Tip Book, written for home shop machinists from home shop machinists.
