Wrist Pin Lube Kit: fits Quincy QRDS 15 HP & 20 HP Oilless compressor.
This is not a Quincy original kit, but a replacement kit we use when we rebuild Quncy Compressors. It consists of three syringes of grease, three triangle gaskets and the replacement set-screws.
If you were to order this from Quincy, they use part number: 111640-10
This is intended for lubrication of the needle roller bearings, which the wrist pins pass through. It is recommended that the wrist pins be lubricated once a year, or after 3,000 hours of operation.
