The CAM/ALOT 3000 Liquid Dispensing System represents a new generation of smaller footprint liquid dispensers specifically designed for high-speed printed circuit board assembly, as well as other precision applications:
25,000 dots per hour for 50 mil pitch solder paste.
22,000 dots per hours for 3mm pitch SMD epoxy.
Dispensing area: 14" x 14" (350mm x 350mm).
The CAM/ALOT 3000 offers identical technical advantages to the CAM/ALOT 5000:
Rotary positive displacement pump technology;
Lead screw drives on all three axes;
A new servo control system board for greater accuracy and throughput;
An IBM 486 PC with enhanced software features; and
Resolution: .001" (25 microns)

Camalot 3000 Dispenser: Camalot 3000 vision corrected automatic dispensing system for solder paste, epoxy adhesive, spot conformal coatings, solder masking, heated and unheated underfills. Designed for high-speed printed circuit board assembly. Dispensing area of approximately 14 x 14 inches. Dispenses up to 25,000 dots per hour. Robust, reliable construction with welded steel frame and cast aluminum gantry supports. Ideal for hybrid, semiconductor and multi-chip module assembly applications. The machine also includes a variety of dispensing needles as well as a 1x and 1/4x gear-reducer making the machine usable for dispensing glue and solder paste.
