The Model 600 Automatic Drill Grinder is supplied with an airdraulic infeed unit that allows the operator to select the rate of infeed and the total amount of stock removal. This feature, combined with the automatic grinding cycle, permits the unit to function without an operator once the loading and operating sequence has been completed.
MOTION: All cutting edges are ground in one continuous motion during each revolution of the power driven chuck whether you are sharpening 2, 3 or 4 flute drills.
VARIABLE POINT ANGLES: The Model 600 Drill Grinder is equipped with an adjustable carriage to permit the grinding of various included point angles from 60 to 160 degrees. The combination of this feature with and the variable clearance can give you the proper point for almost any condition found in production drilling.
OTHER CAPABILITIES: Oliver equipment can grind many other types of tools including center drills, oil hole drills, parabolic drills and track bits.
