Starrett No. 1, 5-1/2" Cutting Nippers. Adjustable jaw wire cutters/nippers. Patent date Nov 14, 1899.
These nippers are in working condition, with some minor corrosion. One of the jaws (cutting blade) has been reground such that the jaws come together off-center. Replacement jaws, and other parts, are available from Starrett sellers.
