New cassette of 25 3 inch silicon test wafers
Cassette of twentyfive 3 inch silicon wafers. These wafers were custom made for us in a semiconductor wafer processing clean room. These are new wafers that were made for a large defense contractor that backed out of the deal! They were polished and cleaned in a class 10 (10 particles/cubic foot) clean room and branded with our label. See photos for specs. Three inch wafers are a rare commodity these days as most modern microchip manufacturing is now done on 8 inch and 12 inch wafers. This is a great price for custom made 3 inch wafers.
We reserve the right to sell this item locally and if all cassettes are sold, we will end the listing early. Sold on first come, first serve basis.
This item was purchased for resale and was NOT used by seller.
