This is a hard to find professional punch and die kit used in precision sheet metal applications (others such as plastics, as well) where accuracy in hole dimensioning and positioning are critical. These punches are ideal for prototype, short production runs and model shops They should make repeatable burr-free holes with proper set up, stop alignment, and stripping. The kit contains every 1/16" - 1/2" (1/64th increments} punch round size to meet the demands of your punching needs without delays of ordering in the required punch. With the included adapter, they will expand the capeabilities and versatility of your RW 218 Lever Press or RW 29 / 58 Foot Press.
This set of punches is in good used condition with some slight surface rust. Most of the punches show little use.
* 1/16" - 1/2" Punch Die Sets in 1/64" increments
* Punch: 1/2" Diameter shank X 2.5" long overall punch
* two parallel 1/2" set screw flats positioned 3/16" from the top
* Adapter: 1" shank fit into press, 1/2" hole for punch shank, 3.5" overall, 5/16" Cap Screw to retain punch
Applications / Machine Compatability
This complete punch and die kit is a comprehensive set of every round punch and die required for precision sheet metal fabrication, plastics and other solid flat sheets where the majority of holes are under 1/2". They can be used directly in Roper Whitney 29, 58 Punches and Whitney Jensen 29, 68 punches with the included adapter.

* Covered case with latches and handle
The dimensions are 2.75" wide with 1.25" die hole and 1.125" high. There is a slot set screw for locking in the die.
