In perfect condition - looks and runs like brand new.
I bought this to build my kitchen and homeoffice cabinets and doors/drawers. Haven't used it since.
There is no rust and original lubrication is still in place.
The sander is mounted on a steel rolling stand - see photos.
I have several new 6 x 80" sanding belts for it also.

This tool and stand weighs in at around 250 pounds.
I am unable to provide assistance in loading due to my
bad back. Figure on 3 people to lift into a pickup truck
or bring over a ramp or a lift.
