The manual is in good condition with no pencil/pen marks. No folds/rips/tears of the pages. No dog-earing of the pages. No grease/dirt smudges/stains on the pages except a very small light water stain at the bottom edge of the last 20 page leafs. No age discoloration, light cover wear, and light cover smudges/stains.
