USED: Viatec kettle, 533 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. 52" diameter x 58" straight side. Open top, (2) 1/3 covers, sloped bottom. Dimple jacket rated 50 psi at 300 deg F. Removable stainless steel agitator bridge with a Chemineer agitator, model 3CTD-5, approximate 100 output rpm. 1-1/2" diameter shaft with a 4 blade turbine, driven by a 3/4 hp, 3/60/208-230 volt, 1725 rpm motor. 1-1/2" off center bottom outlet. Mounted on 4 stainless steel legs. Built 1996.
