USED: MTI laboratory high intensity mixer, type M20. Material of construction is AISI 321 (1.4541) stainless steel on product contact parts. Total capacity 0.70 cu ft (20 liter); working capacity 0.56 cu ft (16 liter). Carbon steel (st 37-2) double jacketed rated for heating and cooling at 45 psi (3 bar). Inside the mixing bowl is rated for 11.25 psi (0.75 bar). Product temperature measurement sensor imbedded in a Teflon sleeve. Manually operated top cover with 3.9" (100mm) diameter inspection glass. 3 part high efficiency mixing tool made of polished stainless steel. Variable mixing speed 500-2500 rpm via a V-belt by an 11.25 hp/7.5 kw, 480 volt/60 cycle-IP54 motor. (1) 4.68" diameter (120mm) pneumatically operated product discharge valve. Operating pressure 90 psi (6 bar). Pneumatic cylinder with lit and displacement piston can be swiveled for cleaning purposes. Control panel is mounted on the unit. Control voltage 120 volt/60 cycle. Overall dimensions: 2'9" long x 2'2" wide x 3'9" high (910mm x 980mm x 1190mm).
