Start with a cool (ambient) oven. Hang your part(s) inside and spray powder on them. Then, use an air gun to blow any residual powder off the chamber interior walls.... close the door.. hit a switch on the control panel, and a damper will close to isolate the powder collector from the cabinet interior. The oven will start, and cycle through what ever time/temperature cycle you have selected, then turn itself off.
